Why I Love What I Do
Working with creative businesses is incredibly fulfilling. These businesses are often buzzing with energy and multiple projects, driven by passion and creativity. My Why
I wanted to make a difference. Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed working with operational teams and seeing the lightbulb moments when they understand the numbers and their impact. Helping people from various backgrounds grasp financial concepts is incredibly rewarding, especially since many are put off by numbers from a young age. For the record, I don’t have a maths degree—just a knack for using a calculator effectively!

My Journey
Working in a male-dominated industry taught me the importance of being heard and valued. I grew tired of shouting into the wind, giving 110%, and not feeling appreciated. With small business owners, the dynamic is different. You are valued, heard, and can see the tangible impact of your efforts. It’s gratifying to go above and beyond for clients who genuinely appreciate your work.
